B3084 – Romsey to Stockbridge – Test Valley

The New Forest

New Forest
The then-king William the Conqueror established the New Forest in 1079, and it was officially designated a British National Park in 2005. Cattle, ponies, and deer can be spotted roaming through the woodlands and heaths.
South Downs National Park
South Downs National Park is England's newest assigned national park in 2009. It covers an area of 1,627 square kilometres of ancient woodlands, river valleys, stunning heathland, rolling hills, and the famous white cliffs that are part of the Heritage Coast. The parkland spreads from Winchester to Petersfield in Hampshire and extends to Eastbourne in East Sussex. The South Downs Way is a 101-mile road you can travel along on bike, horseback, or foot. It takes you through the splendid countryside that was called “some of England’s finest” by famed travel writer Bill Bryson.
