Let’s just say the motorhome had been well loved by the end of the summer season. Many things were broken or well worn. Once the staff had been notified they changed the motorhome and made the situation right again. They were nice people.

Uncomplicated and competent pick-up and drop-off of the camper. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff. We had a Maui. Unfortunately, the camper had a leak in one place, so water got in when it rained. Otherwise, a top vehicle – a Sprinter, not a Gruschd. We'd use them again anytime.

In addition to numerous small defects (broken slatted frame, cupboards that didn't close), the motorhome had a broken battery. Free camping would have been impossible and even after a stop of several hours it was difficult to start the car. When we ended up having to call a technician to the campsite to start the vehicle (there were no starting cables), we were charged 350 NZD as it was supposedly our fault. luckily we had taken a photo of the "low voltage" indication. After some negotiation, it was then confirmed at the drop-off that this was not our fault and we did not have to pay the fee. Unprofessionally, the money was still debited! It was very tedious and involved a lot of effort to get it refunded. A very unpleasant end to the holiday. Better to rent somewhere else.

Very old camper with various technical problems. Mighty campers at thl are always very old at the moment, 5-7 years old. It's better to hire a Maui, they are 1-2 years old, at least at the moment.

Rating for Mighty Camper - 3.5/10 stars Our experience with Mighty Camper was unfortunately disappointing. As soon as we picked up the vehicle we noticed several faults, which were exacerbated during the journey. Negative: -The gas bottle was empty when we picked it up - very annoying as we had to replace it immediately. -The pole for the awning was broken, which made it difficult to use. -The board for the bed was broken, so we had to improvise. -The handle on the flyscreen door was broken, which made it difficult to use. -The water pump was getting louder and louder and was particularly annoying at night. -The water hose was leaking, making food wet and unusable. -Mattresses and pillows were completely worn out - it was almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. -The fly screen had several leaks, allowing insects into the vehicle. -The suspension was defective, which made the journey very uncomfortable. -The car pulled strongly to the left, which impaired driving safety. Positive: -The engine had good power and the vehicle was largely easy to drive despite the faults. -The diesel consumption was pleasingly low. -The bed linen and towels were adequate and clean. Conclusion: Despite some positive aspects, the technical defects and the poor condition of the camper clearly outweighed the positive aspects. For the price, we would have expected much better maintenance and quality. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Mighty Camper.

The sliding door anchorage broke on the very first day. The outside table was broken. It wasn't clean either. Wouldn't rent a campervan again for the short rental period. It's too expensive for that.

We were not happy with the state of the vehicle. Cupboards flew open while driving and the whole motorhome had more than considerable signs of use. Not what you expect for 200 euros a night.

The first motorhome had electrical problems, the refrigerator did not close properly, the toilet could not be secured, and the water pump did not work. We exchanged it for another motorhome because there were too many problems. Camper 2: water leaked in through the window and door seals, only one of the two gas burners worked, it was almost impossible to empty the grey water tank, the sink drain was slow, the water pump was very noisy, and the sliding mechanism to convert the seat into a bed was broken. This detracted from part of the holiday. I would not recommend using this company again.

It was very unpleasant that the vehicle (Chaser) smelled very unpleasant when I picked it up, it was really dirty, as well as very old and used up (255,000km - that's why it smelled so unpleasant) I do campervan tours worldwide, unfortunately this was the worst experience so far and coincides with the reports of my competitors on Google - The Jucy vehicles look nice, but some of them are NOT recommended because they are really old. You have to be careful what you get for a lot of money. Take a close look when you take delivery, make a complaint straight away and don't put up with it

First camper on day 2 failure due to technical defect, lost 2 days because I had to go back to the starting point, got a new camper there, at the new camper, noticed during inspection that the radiator fluid was missing and the wiping water was so dry that I had already formed dust in the tank, back to the starting point, vehicle have an extremely high fuel consumption of 15-17 litres per 100 km, price performance not corresponding to the age of the vehicle. Year of construction 2008 with 384000 km or 345000 km

Hello, We drove the Jucy Crib for three weeks and the comfort left a lot to be desired. The car was simply very old and had already clocked up over 400,000 kilometres. We were therefore not satisfied with this vehicle. The automatic windows had to be repaired by me, the radio key didn't work properly either, the driver's door and the right-hand sliding door had to be opened and locked manually. The sliding doors were also very sluggish, the small fridge didn't cool properly and was very noisy. I would not take this car again.

We waited almost 4 hours for the vehicle, even though we had pre-booked a pick-up time online. The Jucy team in Christchurch was totally overwhelmed. The vehicle was dirty inside. Leftover food on the tables, cups that hadn't been washed, the sink didn't drain, very dirty upholstery, the electrics had a loose connection,...

The vehicle carried us reliably and without any problems for 4000 kilometres through New Zealand. However, the extendable tarpaulin we had been promised and probably paid for was not available, which was sometimes sorely lacking.
