It would be good if they took a bit more care during the pre-handover check. The electric blind, a gas hob and a socket weren’t working. Overall, though, we were satisfied.

A great vehicle, only the bed in the back is very small, but you should know that beforehand. Handover was nice and uncomplicated.

Our trip with the camper was a dream! Everything went smoothly and the Couple Cottage was well equipped. Sweden is a very camping-friendly country, which also made things a lot easier. A reliable car with automatic transmission and cruise control - spacious, but everything important in a small space. As little as possible and as much as necessary. We would do it again and again! :)

From the start of the journey, the 'low oil level' warning light comes on when starting. We thought nothing of it as we had assumed that the car had been checked for this - We filled up with fresh water on 8 August. - Every time we took water or poured it down the sink (kitchen or bathroom), water got into the motorhome. - On 10.8. we noticed that the grey water could not be emptied. We then called Roadsurfer and asked for help. - We also noticed that it was dripping under the motorhome every time we took water. - The next garage recommended to us by Roadsurfer had no technicians free on 12 August and we were turned away - The motorhome was repaired on 13 August. 2 things were faulty and were repaired (1x a connection between 2 waste water tanks was loose 》explanation for the drainage into the motorhome interior; 1x the tap in the bathroom was faulty and had to be replaced 》explanation for the dripping under the motorhome). I have submitted the invoice. Also: note that the oil level is low - from 13 August in the afternoon, the water system worked!!! - on 14 August we bought 1 litre of engine oil (I submitted the invoice), which we filled up completely (oil level reached 4 out of 5) - on 15.8. the gas went out. The reserve bottle was/is also empty! We couldn't cook or heat (it was 7 degrees outside! We were in Norway) - On 16 August we found someone who could fill up a German gas cylinder (I submitted the bill) and had gas again. From the evening of 16 August there were no more problems. To summarise, in addition to the invoices submitted, we would like appropriate compensation for a) the loss of time (searching for a garage, an additional 2 days in one place to have the WM repaired, diversions to have the German gas bottles refilled) b) the numerous unnecessary campsite stays we had due to the waste water issue (couldn't dump waste water down the sink) c) the restrictions in the services (waste water for 5 days, gas for 1 day). We booked and paid for a full WM and received a limited WM. In total, that's 6 days plus the additional costs for petrol (detours) and campsites, plus and especially the time we had to invest in the WM instead of enjoying the holiday, for which we are making extensive compensation claims.

Hadn't informed myself enough in advance, California with kitchenette would have been better. Camping chair was defective and not usable

Uncomplicated handovers. Clean vehicle, no problems when travelling.

Heating not working, therefore no hot water. Some of the explanatory video was not correct. Pick-up and return in Bremen, as Hamburg was probably fully booked. It would be nice to be able to return the vehicle in the home town.
