It is a 3-meter-tall structure with various galvanised steel pipes that derive energy from the wind and convert it into a choral, discordant sound that rises and falls through multiple octaves.

It's one of the country's biggest expanses of intertidal sand and mudflats.It is officially recognised as an SSSI, or Site of Special Scientific Interest, and is a major part of Morecambe Bay Social Area of Conservation.
