The pictures and description of the mobile home car on the website provide you a completely different feeling than reality has shown. Foremost the level of cleanness: The matrasses, bed linen, towels the kitchen tools and seat covers are in bad condition. The car has damages all around, functions like fridge on car battery was not working and the coffee machine provided was not complete and useless. The front tires profile are at the minimum and already show loss of grip. I would not have selected TouringCars if I were aware of this conditions. At the return I got informed that TC have much newer and in better shape cars than ours was. My conclusion is that we got one of the worst cars of the fleet.

Das Wohnmobil war nicht das, was Sie auf den Fotos sehen. Das Bett in der Rückseite war nicht da, aber es gab zwei Etagenbetten. Das Wohnmobil hatte Probleme wie: gebrochene Spüle, Kühlschrank, die nur mit Campingplatz Strom funktioniert oder wenn das Fahrzeug lief, weil das Gas oder Batterie-Stromversorgung war gebrochen. Vorne links Vorhang gebrochen und sie machten uns dafür bezahlen...Lieferung und Abholung Service so-so

Alles war perfekt... Es hat mich ziemlich viel gekostet, weil die Übergabe ziemlich weit weg war von dem Ort, wo wir den TC abholten... Aber der Service war perfekt, der TC war wie neu, null Fehler...

Der Campervan war in bestem Zustand, aber noch wichtiger war die Kommunikation und der Service von Touringcars, da während der Reise das Licht im hinteren Teil des Vans und in der Nasszelle ausgefallen war. Das Team war großartig und hat sich intensiv bemüht, dies zu beheben.
