Everything went really well – apart from the fact that the ladder to the loft bed was broken (we complained about this when we moved in) and wasn’t repaired properly, which caused some inconvenience – not acceptable given the high rent.

The vehicle was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the remote assistance service was efficient. Brand-new kitchen equipment. I just would have liked to have had more cutlery (there were only 2 forks, 2 knives, etc.)

The pictures and description of the mobile home car on the website provide you with a completely different feeling than reality has shown. Foremost, the level of cleanliness: the mattresses, bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and seat covers are in poor condition. The car has damage all around, functions such as the fridge on the car battery were not working and the coffee machine provided was incomplete and useless. The front tyre tread is at the minimum and already shows loss of grip. I would not have selected TouringCars if I had been aware of these conditions. Upon return, I was informed that TC has much newer and better-maintained vehicles than ours. My conclusion is that we were provided with one of the worst vehicles in the fleet.

The motorhome was not what you see in the photos. The bed in the back was not there but there were two bunk beds. The motorhome had problems such as: broken sink, fridge that only worked with campsite electricity or if the vehicle was running because the gas or battery power supply was broken. Front left curtain broken and they made us pay for it...Delivery and collection service so-so

Everything was perfect… It cost me quite a lot because the drop Off was quite far from The place we took the TC… But the service was perfect, the TC was like new, zero default…

The campervan was in great condition, but even more important was the communication and service from Touringcars as the lights in the back of the van and in the wet room failed during the trip. The team was great and worked hard to fix this.
