Despite optimal insurance, we still had to pay a flat rate for claims handling due to damage, which we only found out on site.

New vehicle received: Engine damage Overnight reservations could not be honoured due to constant visits to the workshop. Vehicle in perfect conditions!It drove us perfectly 4500 km in all conditions roads!!! The tent on top really comfortable, easy to install and de-install. All the equipment worked perfectly and is all what you need. The pick up process, explanation of everything and return process really good, the team was really nice and kind.
