Positive: The vehicle is as good as new and modern inside. Lots of cupboards and storage compartments. Fuel consumption is still acceptable. You can still park well despite the size of the vehicle. Negative: Gas pipes defective, magnetic strip on window cover defective. No power from the sockets without a connection from outside.

Unfortunately, our booked vehicle was damaged before handover and could not be repaired. The rental company reacted in an exemplary manner and immediately offered us an upgrade to a higher vehicle class. The motorhome was brand new and therefore in perfect condition. The check-in and the entire handover process took less than an hour, as did the return. There were several minor damages to the interior of the vehicle which the hire company was extremely accommodating in dealing with. Many thanks to Wohnmobile Euch in Hochdorf Assenheim, we would love to come back!

A total of over 11 defects, including serious ones such as a refrigerator that dripped water, window awnings that did not work, etc. I cannot recommend this company. Other roadsurfers we met had similar experiences.

Lack of staff (in coherence with the customers that are being treated simultaneously), results in automatic processes that doesn't help learning and using the vehicle in the best way.

The comfort for the size of the vehicle is always given - small, but everything you need is there. Some parts of the camper are already worn out and in need of repair in certain areas of the interior. The pick-up and return were uncomplicated - but this is because the customer has to check the camper himself when picking it up (via online checklist). There are no special instructions or assistance at first. The return is unusually quick and rather superficial as far as the status of the vehicle is concerned. This leads to the conclusion that many small damages and defects remain undetected due to the lack of thoroughness.

Very friendly and helpful employees at the Mainzer location. Nearly new van in great condition. Steve showed us all the necessary things we needed to know to get going. It would have been nice if the camper had had a solar panel and battery to be able to stay easier of grid for a while.

For the two of us, the division of the compartments and with the bench folded down is impractical. You can't reach it and have to constantly push it back and forth and do and do. Annoying. The car itself drives great, fuel consumption OK, bed OK, handling OK.
