The Camper NRW team did a very good job with the handover. The employee took his time and pointed out existing scratches on the vehicle. We deducted points for cleanliness because we unfortunately found a bit of mould in the refrigerator. A plastic panel was still in new condition with transparent protective film, and mould had formed underneath it. The transverse beds in the Etrusco CV 600 DB were too short for our height (189 and 176 cm), even though they are listed as being 196 cm long. The frames mounted for window blinds noticeably shorten the bed. Therefore, points were deducted for comfort. However, this is due to the vehicle itself.

Got an almost new vehicle. The process was simple and straightforward. The only thing missing was a note to arrange a time. But that wasn't a problem. I'd be happy to do it again.

The vehicle met our expectations and was as good as new. The camping chairs and table we had booked were also without complaint. Unfortunately, the pick-up was delayed by about 1 hour and the return was also delayed due to alleged scratches. A simple vehicle wash resolved the issue after 1.5 hours. Conclusion: Top vehicle with service that could be improved.

Our motorhome was exactly as described and in almost new condition. Absolutely great. Both the collection and the explanation of how everything works were excellent (we were newcomers). The return was also absolutely customer-orientated. We are already thinking about the next time we rent a motorhome there!

Pick-up and return were chaotic because there were too many vehicles at the same time and not enough staff. When returning the vehicle, there was no information about the necessary advance check-in via QR code, so we were not called to return the vehicle. This information was only provided when checking in for collection. The motorhome itself was great. We got what we booked and it met our requirements. The interior looked well maintained and not run down.

Pick-up 2 hours later than agreed, significant damage inside and outside, mattress stained, kitchen box dirty so we had to buy new items.

I have never seen such poor interior condition. I have experience from Canada, Alaska, Norway and Germany. The vehicle was poorly cleaned and from the outset (after 100 km) a warning light indicated that the engine oil should be drained. I had to visit a specialist workshop, but the problem was not resolved. The toilet cassette broke. The interior of the vehicle was poorly cleaned.

The water pump in the vehicle was defective. So for three weeks I had to buy every cold drink fresh from the shop. Two slats on the slatted frame were broken and had only been taped over. The fridge only worked occasionally. All in all, I am very disappointed. I have been trying for weeks to find a contact form where I could write my complaint. Unfortunately there was nothing to be found! I think that I should be refunded at least part of my rental price.

The collection and return went smoothly, but this was more a sign of a lack of interest. The car was not particularly clean and we had to clean the interior again before we left. The integrated table was defective and could not be used for the entire journey, in addition many smaller things (e.g. window opener) were defective. Things that are not immediately noticeable if you don't know what to look out for. Before travelling, we actually wanted to change the travel period, which the website said was easy to do. Well, there is a hotline, but I never got through to anyone. Several attempts to change the date failed until we finally gave up, exasperated.

Small motorhome - for people who like it tight and have no problem with little storage space. But you also get a motorhome that lives up to its name. It drives almost like a car and you have no parking problems in cities. Great for holidaymakers who want minimalist travel with a good level of "residual comfort". A very good touring caravan with the option of staying overnight almost anywhere. Tip: take a small pop-up tent with you...then you can store bulky items at campsites, e.g. chairs, suitcases.... so you have more space for the travellers. --Our Nugget unfortunately had some defects...The previous tenants didn't treat it the way you usually treat your own things, very unfortunate!

Camper as usual from Roadsurfer in top condition, unfortunately not 100% clean. Unfortunately this time also an unsympathetic handover at both pick-up and return.
